About us
We are your one-stop partner for machining on molds
BC Service deals with polishing, welding, assembly, hot nozzles-hot chamber cleaning, milling, mold maintenance; we are also equipped to carry out modifications and extraordinary accommodations. Our services are dedicated to any type of mold:
- Bi-matter molds
- Unscrewing molds
- 2K and 3K rotary molds
- Die casting molds
We have a 1,200-square-meter production area equipped with the latest machinery intended for mold processing, with the help of six overhead cranes: of 16ton, 10ton, 6.3ton and three of 5ton. At our headquarters we have a department that specifically deals with mold polishing, with specific personnel and equipment. A second work area is dedicated to laser and Tig welding, with specific machines of the latest generation and for any type of steel. A third area of work is devoted specifically to mold assembly and adjustment; maintenance at all levels with highly qualified personnel with decades of experience.

All services can be performed on an away basis, at your facilities, even on short notice

In case it is necessary to transport the mold to our premises, we have some vehicles that permit us to be autonomous at any time

Our history
Founding of BC Service: 5 determined and clear-minded people.
BC Service grows: the team now has 10 people, and facilities suitable for handling large molds, overhead cranes and laser welding machine are purchased.
New arrivals! Three overhead crane islands are purchased to handle molds.
The Takumi UC400 milling machine is added to the fleet.
BC Service can count on the support of 15 people.
In 2018 Luca Brugnerotto and the other three partners fulfilled the dream they had been cherishing since their school days: setting up their own business. Thanks to the ambition and experience gained at other companies in the industry, BC Service was born to meet the changing needs of the market: it is able to offer a specialized service of assembling, polishing, diamond polishing, lapping, laser and tig welding of plastic and die-cast molds, rotary molds, two-color and two-component molds.
